Pocket Diner Days is comfort food in game form. You take orders, cook them in little timing minigames and slowly upgrade your greasy roadside diner into something you're proud of. It's simple, but the loop is warm and easy to fall into.
The difficulty ramps up as more customers arrive, and juggling several orders gets pleasantly frantic. Nothing here is stressful for long, which is kind of the point.
A gentle sim to unwind with. We'd have liked a bit more variety in the recipes, but it's a lovely way to switch off.
